It all started back in 1996 with a passion for construction, since then we’ve proven great progress in the real estate development sector. Our 28 years of experience has taught us that we must aim to deliver the best quality over the years.
In 2018, our shareholders established Gates Developments to shape the entire value chain, from the idea of developing, financing, marketing, sales, and providing customer care. Targeting both individuals as well as for investors, our marketing department is involved in all development processes from the very beginning.

Our Track Records
Each of our projects is based on a concept, inspired by reflections on how life and work will be shaped in the future, and by urges from business, science, technology, and culture.
We shape communities with a futuristic approach; in 2018, we launched our first project in the New Capital, AUDAZ, an administrative twin building, spanning an area of 16,800 meters in the financial district, followed by our first residential community, Catalan, on an area of 40 acres in the heart of the New Capital’s R7.
After these success stories, we headed West with our iconic Business Complex, Plaza Espana, in Sheikh Zayed City as well as the WestGate project, a mixed-use medical, commercial and administrative development. Saving the best for last, we launched our newest gem, VENIA, in the heart of the New Capital’s R7, spanning an area of 40 acres, featuring modern designs for apartments and villas
